I must eat two serving of fruits and vegetables.The unhealthy food adults and children like to eat is oily food and sweet.It is important because we must keep fit all the time.The diseases associated with eating unhealthy food is diabetes.The benefits of eating fruits and vegetables is make us healthy.Yes, it is tasty.Yes,if they eat they will become fit.The activities that I suggest to encourage children to eat more vegetables and fruits is food game.
